This pass is strictly non-transferable and is issued for the personal use of the person specified on the front of this pass only. The use of any and all media of Canadian Premier League (CPL) matches or excerpts thereof should be limited to news coverage by the accredited organization unless expressly authorized in writing by the CPL. Video and audio related content is defined as, but not limited to interviews, news conferences, practices and community related events. Excerpts of CPL match footage, regardless of video capture method, may only be used by bearer in the manner and on the terms and conditions set forth in CPL's broadcast policy, receipt of which is acknowledged by the bearer. Any other use including, but not limited to, advertising, promotional contests, ad sweepstakes or other trade purposes requires the prior specific written approval from CPL. Permission to video capture CPL content may be revoked at any time by the CPL. All ownership copyright and property rights in CPL matches, match data, the broadcast thereof and in events and activities conducted in stadiums shall remain the sole property of the CPL and no such rights are conferred or to be conferred or created on behalf of any other person or entity by the issuance of this credential. The CPL has exclusive rights holders for match broadcasts and match data. No other person or organization may sell or distribute broadcasts or match data to any platform, including television, online, social, print or book makers. The bearer of this credential and his or her employer assume all risk and danger of personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related in any way to this event and shall agree to indemnify and hold harmless the CPL, its member clubs, other agents and employees from and against all liability loss, damages or expenses resulting from or arising out of his or her presence at the stadium. The bearer grants permission to CPL to utilize the bearer's image, likeness or voice in connection with any broadcast, photograph or other reproduction of this event via any media or for any purpose.
