Ticket Credit FAQ
- 2025 Flex Packs come as Ticket Credits. You will receive your ticket credit by confirmation email.
- You can find your Ticket Credit status and available events by logging into your Showpass account and clicking "Credits", then scroll down to "Ticket Credits".
- Select "View Available Events", and pick any match you want and head to checkout.
- When you see "Available Credits", click on "Apply". The total should drop to $0.
- Click "Continue" and you'll be set up!
- Make sure to redeem as early as possible, as matches are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. 2025 Flex Packs are only available for 2025 regular season Canadian Premier League matches.
