OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
“The Beautiful Game, Locally Made” Contest
1. Sponsor
This contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Vancouver FC Sports Inc. (“Vancouver FC” or the
“Sponsor”), in partnership with Caffe Artigiano Inc. (“Artigiano”).
2. Contest Period
The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on March 3, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on
March 31, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).
3. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of the Province of British Columbia who are nineteen (19) years of
age or older at the time of entry.
The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win:
Employees, officers, and directors of Vancouver FC, the Canadian Premier League, and Artigiano
Their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies; and
Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and persons residing in the same
household as any of the above.
Void where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter
(a) Automatic Entry – Existing Members
All existing Vancouver FC Season Members in good standing as of March 3, 2026 will automatically
receive one (1) entry.
(b) Automatic Entry – New Members
Individuals who purchase a Vancouver FC Season Membership during the Contest Period will receive
one (1) entry.
(c) No Purchase Necessary Entry
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
To enter without purchasing a Season Membership, send an email before 11:59 p.m. PT on March 31,
2026 to: memberservices@vancouverfc.com, including:
Full legal name
Residential address (must be in British Columbia)
Telephone number
Email address
A minimum 50-word original statement describing why you support Vancouver FC
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
5. Prizes
Two (2) prizes are available:
Prize 1 – Lifetime Vancouver FC Season Membership (1 winner)
The winner will receive one (1) Adult General Admission Season Membership (or equivalent entry-level
season-long ticketing product, as determined by Vancouver FC) for the lifetime of the verified winner.
Prize Conditions:
a) Valid only for the lifetime of the individual winner.
b) Non-transferable.
c) Not redeemable for cash.
d) No estate rights; terminates upon death of the winner.
e) Seat location, if applicable, subject to availability and Vancouver FC discretion.
f) Does not include playoff matches, special events, international competitions, exhibitions, or other
non-regular-season matches unless expressly determined by Vancouver FC.
g) Subject to stadium availability, league structure, force majeure events, and applicable laws.
h) Valid only so long as Vancouver FC continues to operate within the Canadian Premier League.
i) Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Approximate retail value at time of award: equivalent to one (1) Adult General Admission Season
Membership for the 2026 season.
Prize 2 – One-Year Artigiano Coffee Subscription (1 winner)
Twenty-four (24) 340g bags of Artigiano coffee beans (two bags shipped monthly for twelve months).
Prize Conditions:
a) Shipping limited to valid residential addresses within British Columbia.
b) Non-transferable.
c) Not redeemable for cash.
d) Sponsor reserves the right to substitute similar coffee products if necessary.
Approximate retail value: based on current retail pricing of participating products.
6. Winner Selection
A random draw will be conducted on April 1, 2026, in British Columbia from all eligible entries received
during the Contest Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Selected entrants will be contacted by telephone or email.
To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:
a) Correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question; and
b) Sign and return a declaration and release form within the time specified by the Sponsor.
If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly, or fails to
return required documentation within the specified timeframe, an alternate entrant may be selected.
7. Prize Presentation
Winners may be invited to attend Vancouver FC’s home opener on April 4, 2026, for on-field recognition.
Attendance is optional. Travel, transportation, and accommodation are not included. If a winner cannot
attend, the prize will still be awarded.
8. Publicity
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Vancouver FC and Artigiano may use the winner’s name,
likeness, voice, and photograph for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where
prohibited by law.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Vancouver FC, SixFive Sports &
Entertainment Inc., Artigiano, the Canadian Premier League, and their respective affiliates, directors,
officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance,
use, or misuse of any prize.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or technical errors of any kind.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time if fraud, technical
failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Contest.
All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected for this Contest will be used solely for the administration of the Contest
and in accordance with applicable law.
11. Governing Law
The Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws
of Canada.
