Atlético Ottawa has today confirmed the signing of Ottawa forward Ralph Khoury to a Development Contract.
Khoury, 17, is a product of Atlético Ottawa's Powered By Program affiliate Ottawa South United (OSU) and joins ahead of today's TELUS Canadian Championship Preliminary Round against Scrosoppi FC (KO 7pm ET, live on OneSoccer).
A Development Contract allows a domestic Under-18 player to make four appearances for a CPL Club while maintaining his amateur status and ability to train and play with the amateur team that holds his registration. There is no time limit for completion of these games. In the 2025 calendar year, a player may sign a maximum of two Development Contracts in the CPL.
