Cavalry FC is committed to supporting registered charities and non-profit organizations by fulfilling donation requests to aid in their fundraising efforts. Each year, we contribute to various fundraisers by donating items to help raise funds for charitable causes.

While we strive to assist as many organizations as possible, we receive a high volume of requests daily. To maximize our impact, we focus our support on the following areas of grassroots football, children, and health & wellness.

Request must be done using the form below. We no longer accept requests via mail, email, fax, or telephone.

Please note that we are unfortunately unable to accommodate requests from individuals or families and submitting a request does not guarantee your organization will receive a donation.  

Request Eligibility

• Request must be done using the form above. We no longer accept requests via mail, email, fax, or telephone. 

• Events must be in Calgary or Alberta area. 

• Requests must be received at least four (4) weeks in advance of the event and include an official donation letter. 

• Requests must be for fundraising purposes only (ex. Silent or live auction, raffle) 

• Charity located in the Calgary and surrounding area 

• Organizations that support or benefit youth football, underserved children and their families, medically related causes surrounding cancer research.

Request Fulfillment

• You will receive an email notification when a request is processed. Please do not call on the status of your donation. 

• Donations will be e-mailed or can be picked up from the office approximately two (2) weeks before the item is needed for the event. 

• Decisions made by the Cavalry FC Community Relations Department are final.

Requests related to the following are INELIGIBLE for donation request.

• Awards, prizes or incentive programs. 

• Requests for operating expenses or monetary donations.
