Canada Soccer announced on Monday its squad for a pair of men's U-18 friendlies in early September in Finland.

As part of the camp, Canada take on Finland on September 5 and Switzerland on September 7. The camp, which begins on Saturday, August 30, will serve as early preparation for the 2027 FIFA U-20 World Cup qualifying cycle.

The squad includes three Canadian Premier League players: Forge FC goalkeeper Emmanuel Marmolejo and midfielder Zayne Bruno, as well as Vancouver FC midfielder Emrick Fotsing.

Other notable names on the squad include Valter Sedin, the son of Vancouver Canucks legend Henrik Sedin. He is joined by exciting Vancouver Whitecaps' teammates Rayan Elloumi, who has 9 goals and 6 assists this season for Whitecaps II in MLS Next Pro, and Liam Mackenzie, who recently signed a pro deal with the Whitecaps first team. CF Montréal's Alex Guboglo, who has made 20 appearances for the first team this season, has also been called up.
