Atlético Ottawa head coach Diego Mejía has been named the Canadian Premier League's Manager of the Month for June 2025.
In his first season managing the capital club, Mejía has led Ottawa to the top of the table through the first three months of the Canadian Premier League campaign. During June, Ottawa went unbeaten (3-1-0) in league action.
They didn't allow a single goal, with wins over Pacific FC at Starlight Stadium, Valour at home, and Cavalry in Calgary. They also drew 0-0 with York United at York Lions Stadium. They outscored their opponents 6-0 during the month.
Other Manager of the Month winners this season include Halifax Wanderers' Patrice Gheisar (April) and Cavalry FC head coach Tommy Wheeldon Jr. (May).
