On Media Day ahead of the 2023 Canadian Premier League Final in Hamilton, Ont., CPL Commissioner Mark Noonan addressed reporters to provide an update on a variety of topics about the league and the past season. Noonan opened with some prepared remarks and then took questions from the media, touching on all sorts of topics from expansion to youth development.
