All on-field disciplinary matters for the Canadian Premier League (CPL) are overseen by Canada Soccer, pursuant to its Disciplinary Code and Professional Soccer Club Disciplinary Annex.
The following players are facing suspension, which have been determined and issued by Canada Soccer, following the fifth week of play in the 2025 CPL regular season:

- Sanction: One-match suspension (May 10 at Atlético Ottawa)

- Reason for suspension: Red Card - Two Cautions
- Sanction: One-match suspension (May 10 at Atlético Ottawa)
The Canada Soccer Disciplinary Panel is responsible for reviewing red card claims by CPL clubs. The following red card decision(s) from Matchweek 5 are being appealed by CPL Club(s) to the Canada Soccer Disciplinary Panel:
- Kunle Dada-Luke, Vancouver FC
- Charge: Red Cad - Violent Conduct
- Claim by Club: Excessive punishment
- Details: Dada-Luke was suspended for one (1) match, served in the Canadian Premier League on Saturday, May 3. The remainder of the sanction, if any, will be determined following a virtual hearing later this month and an adjudication of the Canada Soccer Disciplinary Panel.
In addition, the following players are now one caution away from a one-match suspension for yellow card accumulation, after receiving discipline during the fifth week of CPL play in 2025:
