All on-field disciplinary matters for the Canadian Premier League (CPL) are overseen by Canada Soccer, pursuant to its Disciplinary Code and Professional Soccer Club Disciplinary Annex.
The following players and coaches are facing suspension, which have been determined and issued by Canada Soccer, following the sixth week of play in the 2025 CPL regular season:

David Rodriguez, Atlético Ottawa
- Reason for suspension: Red Card - Two Cautions
- Sanction: One-match suspension (May 24 at Halifax Wanderers FC)

Mauro Eustaquio, Head Coach, York United FC
- Reason for suspension: Red Card - Two Cautions
- Sanction: One-match suspension (May 16 at Valour FC)
In addition, Cavalry FC midfielder Sergio Camargo has been issued an undisclosed fine after he was charged by Canada Soccer’s Incident Review Body for “Comments made in the media, to include social media, which constitute improper conduct and/or bring the game into disrepute” related to the club’s Friday, May 2 match at York United FC.
The Canada Soccer Disciplinary Panel is responsible for reviewing red card claims by CPL clubs. The following red card decision(s) from Matchweek 6 are being appealed by CPL Club(s) to the Canada Soccer Disciplinary Panel:

Kunle Dada-Luke, Vancouver FC
- Charge: Red Cad - Violent Conduct
- Claim by Club: Excessive punishment
- Details: Dada-Luke was suspended for one (1) match, served in the Canadian Premier League on Saturday, May 3. The remainder of the sanction, if any, will be determined following a virtual hearing later this month and an adjudication of the Canada Soccer Disciplinary Panel.

Vasco Fry, Vancouver FC
- Charge: Red Card - Violent Conduct
- Claim by Club: Wrongful Dismissal
- Details: Following a review of the match between Valour FC and Vancouver FC on May 3, 2025, it is alleged by Canada Soccer’s Incident Review Body that Vasco Fry was involved in an incident of violent conduct.
In addition, the following players are now one caution away from a one-match suspension for yellow card accumulation, after receiving discipline during the sixth week of CPL play in 2025:
- Luke Singh, York United FC
- Juan Castro, Atlético Ottawa
