Goalkeeper

Nathan Ingham (Atlético Ottawa)

Ingham kept his first clean sheet of the 2025 season in a 1-0 victory over Pacific FC on Saturday, making a pair of solid saves, including a great stop on an Aly Ndom free kick in second-half stoppage time.

Defenders

Loïc Cloutier (Atlético Ottawa)

The Atleti central defender put in an excellent shift at the back on Saturday, winning all five of his duels, making three interceptions and seven clearances.

Dan Nimick (Forge FC)

Against his former club, Nimick was outstanding. He made eight clearances, while making a team-leading 82 touches.

Callum Montgomery (Cavalry FC)

Montgomery's defensive interventions were critical to Cavalry's victory against York United on Sunday. He made a brilliant goal-line clearance, and eight clearances overall, during another strong defensive display.

Midfielders

Kris Twardek (Valour FC)

Twardek scored a crucial goal just before half-time for the Winnipeg side in a 3-1 win over Vancouver FC on Wednesday. He had four shot attempts, eight touches in the box and contested 12 duels.

Sergio Camargo (Cavalry FC)

Playing in a deeper-lying midfield position, Camargo scored a brace against York United in a 2-1 victory. He won the ball back six times, while completing 93.1 per cent of his passes.

Bruno Figueiredo (Valour FC)

The midfielder has been class for Valour of late, and assisted on Kelsey Egwu's match winner with a brilliant corner kick delivery on Wednesday. He took four shots during the game, and nearly scored a worldie on the free kick that struck the post.

Kevin Dos Santos (Atlético Ottawa)

Santos put in a lively performance against Pacific FC, firing three shots to go with nine of twelve duels won and seven clearances.

Forwards

Hoce Massunda (Forge FC)

Massunda's incredible run of form continued on Sunday, as he scored his second CPL goal, and added an assist, in a 2-1 win over the Halifax Wanderers. The winger had a stunning 14 touches in the Halifax box, and attempted eight dribbles.

Brian Wright (Forge FC)

Wright scored what ended up being the match winner for Forge FC on Sunday against the Halifax Wanderers, also winning three of four aerial duels.

Jay Herdman (Cavalry FC)

Herdman played a key role in Cavalry's 2-1 win over York United, picking up an assist on Sergio Camargo's opener, while creating three chances. He also put in an outstanding shift defensively, winning 8 of 12 duels.
