Nathan Ingham (Atlético Ottawa)
The Atleti goalkeeper kept his fifth clean sheet of the season against the Halifax Wanderers on Friday. He was excellent in his side's ability to control possession, as well, completing 26 passes.
Defenders
Fraser Aird (Cavalry FC)
Aird set up Callum Montgomery's opening goal for Cavalry on Sunday with an excellent set-piece delivery. It was one of four chances the Cavalry full-back created on the day, also making a team-leading 85 touches and playing six crosses.
Frank Sturing (York United)
Sturing was near perfect defensively for the Nine Stripes on Saturday, completing 91.1 per cent of his passes, winning four of five duels and making three interceptions.
Dan Nimick (Forge FC)
The Forge defender added his second goal of the season from the penalty spot, which stood as the winner in a 2-0 victory over Pacific FC on Friday. He also won three of four duels and completed 65 of 70 passes.
Max Ferrari (York United)
In his first start since early June, Ferrari was outstanding against Vancouver FC on Saturday. Captaining his side for most of the match, he set up Adonijah Reid's opener on one of two chances created, and 34 of 40 passes completed.
Midfielders
Kyle Bekker (Forge FC)
The Forge captain created four chances against Pacific, including playing the delivery that led to their second goal. He also had a pair of shot attempts and won possession seven times.
Juan Castro (Atlético Ottawa)
Castro incredibly completed all 48 of his attempted passes against the Halifax Wanderers on Friday. He also completed four dribbles and won possession eight times as he continues to demonstrate his class in the Atleti midfield.
David Rodríguez (Atlético Ottawa)
Rodríguez ignited the Ottawa attack against Halifax, creating two chances, winning a penalty and making eight touches in the Wanderers' box. He also attempted eight dribbles, won 8 of 13 duels and three tackles.
Gabriel Bitar (York United)
Coming off the bench, Bitar had an instant impact, scoring twice and playing a key role in all three second-half goals for York United. His first goal, in particular, was a spectacular finish as he curled the ball around Irving and into the top corner.
Nana Ampomah (Forge FC)
Ampomah was on hand to score Forge's second of the night against Pacific FC on Friday. It was the reward for another brilliant performance, during which he completed four dribbles, won eight duels and had four shot attempts on nine touches in the Tridents' box.
Forwards
Sam Salter (Atlético Ottawa)
Salter became the first player to hit double-digit goals this season in the CPL with his tenth of the year standing as the winner in a 2-0 victory for Atlético Ottawa against Halifax on Friday.
