Goalkeeper

Nathan Ingham (Atlético Ottawa)

Ingham kept his side in the match on Saturday, especially during a first half where Pacific had plenty of chances. He finished with seven saves in a 3-1 victory.

Defenders

Fraser Aird (Cavalry FC )

The Cavalry full-back came off the bench to score the match winner at York Lions Stadium on Friday with a lovely strike across goal.

Aidan O'Connor (Vancouver FC)

In his CPL debut, O'Connor was excellent for the Eagles, making several key blocks and interventions at the back. Outstanding in the air, he made five clearances, two interceptions and made a team-leading 50 passes.

Thomas Meilleur-Giguère (Halifax Wanderers)

The dominant Halifax defender won all four of his duels and made eight clearances as the Wanderers kept a clean sheet against Forge FC on Saturday.

Kevin Dos Santos (Atlético Ottawa)

Dos Santos scored a goal of the season candidate to get Atleti on the board on Saturday. He also showed outstanding versatility, switching from the right to the left in the second half and not missing a beat.

Midfielders

Kyle Bekker (Forge FC)

Bekker set the tempo for Forge in midfield on Saturday against Halifax. He created five chances, had eight crosses and played 18 passes in the final third.

Shamit Shome (Cavalry FC)

Shome was crucial to Cavalry's control of the midfield on Friday at York Lions Stadium, covering ground and making sure the group was organized and compact. He won nine of 14 duels and six tackles.

Sergio Camargo (Cavalry FC)

During an energetic performance in midfield, Camargo set up the match winner with a dangerous ball across goal. He created two chances, while contesting ten duels and winning three fouls.

Forwards

Tobias Warschewski (Cavalry FC)

Cavalry's dangerman opened the scoring on Friday against York with a composed finish. Everywhere, as always, he created two chances, contested 22 duels and won possession three times in the final third.

Sam Salter (Atlético Ottawa)

The Atleti number nine may not have found the back of the net on Saturday against Pacific, but he did just about everything else. Salter finished with two assists, two dribbles completed and three shot attempts.

Alejandro Díaz (Vancouver FC)

The Vancouver FC striker had a goal and an assist in a 3-1 victory against Valour, with his goal coming on a lovely chipped effort over Jonathan Viscosi. He finished with three shot attempts, six touches in the box and two chances created.
