The Canada Soccer Disciplinary Panel has reviewed appeals submitted by Vancouver FC on behalf of Vasco Fry and Kunle Dada-Luke and has come to the following decisions:

Fry was found not guilty by the Canada Soccer Disciplinary Panel relating to the charge of violent conduct previously issued by Canada Soccer’s Incident Review Body following a review of the match between Valour FC and Vancouver FC on May 3, 2025. He is eligible for selection for Vancouver’s match against Halifax Wanderers FC on Saturday, May 17.

The Canada Soccer Disciplinary Panel rejected the claim of excessive punishment submitted by Vancouver FC on behalf of Dada-Luke, relating to a red card issued to the defender for violent conduct during a match between Vancouver FC and Pacific FC on April 26, 2025. Dada-Luke is required to serve the entirety of his three-match suspension. He is not eligible for selection for Vancouver FC’s upcoming matches at home to Halifax Wanderers FC on Saturday, May 17 or away to York United FC on Saturday, May 25.
