Our History
Since its inception in 2018, Pacific FC has rapidly ascended to prominence in Canadian soccer, showcasing a remarkable trajectory of on-field success. Our club's journey began with a triumphant debut on April 28, 2019, securing a 1–0 victory against HFX Wanderers, signaling the start of a formidable presence in the Canadian Premier League (CPL). The pinnacle of Pacific FC's accomplishments came on December 5, 2021, when we clinched our first CPL title by defeating the defending champions, Forge FC, 1–0 at Tim Hortons Field.
During that same season, Pacific FC made headlines by defeating Major League Soccer's Vancouver Whitecaps FC 4–3 in the 2021 Canadian Championship in front of a sold out Starlight Stadium, becoming only the second CPL team to eliminate an MLS club in the competition. This early achievement set the tone for our clubs competitive spirit and commitment to excellence. In 2022, Pacific FC made it to the second round of CONCACAF League recording a 6-0 win over Jamaica’s Waterhouse FC at home in the process. In 2024, Pacific FC secured their third canadian championship semi-final birth in four years. In the CPL, Pacific FC have made the playoffs in sixth straight seasons, a feat only accomplished by two other clubs. These milestones reflect our unwavering dedication to success and our significant impact on Canadian soccer.

Pacific FC Academy Programs
Van Isle Wave
Our Van Isle Wave programs develops over 150 youth soccer players across ten U14 - U18 boys and girls teams that compete in the BC Soccer Premier League (BCSPL), the highest level of youth soccer in BC.
Pacific FC Mexico
Pacific FC Mexico opened youth training academies in six cities across Mexico offering player development and technical training to both male and female players between the U9 and U15 age groups.
St. John's Academy
Our St. John's Academy is coached by Pacific FC's Manager of Football and Player Development, Jamar Dixon, and provides world-class learning and character development through education and soccer, supporting them to reach their full potential as athletes, students and citiziens. Located in Shawnigan Lake, BC.
Trident Development Programs
The Trident Development Program is our grassroots training program for youth soccer players aged U7 to U16, designed to help players of all levels develop their skills and reach their full potential. Our Trident Programs offer three locations across Vancouver Island; Victoria, Langford & Ladysmith.

Upgraded in 2019, our intimate stadium is designed to bring fans closer to the action, with seating that creates a direct connection to the pitch, making every match an electrifying experience. Towering Douglas fir trees surround the venue, providing a stunning natural backdrop that sets it apart as one of the most picturesque soccer destinations in Canada. The beauty of Vancouver Island enhances the stadium's charm, creating an atmosphere that blends the thrill of the game with the serenity of nature.
