Toronto, ON (May 12, 2025) – Canada Soccer has confirmed the Quarter-Final matchup between York United FC and Atlético Ottawa in the 2025 TELUS Canadian Championship.

The date and kickoff time for Leg 1, set to be played at TD Place Stadium in Ottawa, will be announced at a later date.

Leg 2 will see York United FC host Atlético Ottawa at York Lions Stadium on Tuesday, July 8 at 7:00 p.m. ET. This decisive fixture will mark the club’s return to the Canadian Championship Quarter-Finals and offer fans the chance to witness a crucial moment in the 2025 tournament. The Semi-Final matchups will be redrawn following the conclusion of all Quarter-Final ties.

York United advanced to this stage following a dominant 5-0 victory over FC Laval, a side from League1 Québec, in the Preliminary Round earlier this month. Atlético Ottawa booked their place in the Quarter-Finals with a 2-0 win at home against Scrosoppi FC, representing League1 Ontario.

Tickets for the July 8 home match will go on sale Friday, May 16 at Ticketmaster. Fans are encouraged to act quickly and secure their seats as York United looks to take another step toward the Voyageurs Cup.
