Calgary, AB - Cavalry FC, in partnership with the Spruce Meadows Leg Up Foundation, is proud to announce the return of its annual Cavalry FC Charity Golf Classic. The event will take place on Monday, August 25 at Sirocco Golf Club in south Calgary.
Over the past three years, the tournament has raised over $150,000 in support of local initiatives and organizations. This year’s edition is presented by Working for More Health Equity, with the goal to raise $50,000 in support of the Youth Centres of Calgary and Umoja Community Mosaic.
Funds raised will directly support programs that provide safe spaces, mentorship, and vital resources for young Calgarians.
Cavalry players, staff, and coaches take part in the tournament, making it a unique experience for participants to connect with the club and its members on another level, while supporting a great cause.
We are excited to announce that the 2025 edition of the Cavalry FC Charity Golf Classic is SOLD OUT!
What started as a way to bring people together on the course has grown into something much bigger: a tradition of giving back, building connections, and driving impact where it matters most.
In just three years, together with our partners, sponsors, and community, we’re closing in on $150,000+ raised in support of local causes. We thank our sponsors and participants for helping us make a difference!.
