Halifax's 2026 Alternate kit calls back to the club's inaugural season in 2019, capturing the energy of a club on the rise and a city embracing its soccer future.
In classic Wanderers colours of aqua and harbour blue, the base of the jersey is embossed with a pattern of subtle citadels that shine when interacting with light. A small shipping container on the back of the jersey serves as a reminder to the club's beginnings and building a home at Wanderers Grounds. This kit is a bridge between where the Wanderers began and where they’re going.
Through this new partnership with hummel, the CPL has reaffirmed its tradition of producing stunning bespoke kits while emphasizing community ties for each club. Newly introduced features include an updated CPL legacy patch, fully customized goalkeeper kits, a refreshed name and number font as well as enhanced silicone club and league crests. For the first time all eight clubs will now also wear a custom CPL crest in their own colours on the sleeve of their 2026 kits.
2026 Wanderers kits went on sale to the public on Wednesday, March 11, at the club's Fan Shop at 5566 Sackville Street and online at ShopWanderers.ca. Halifax will reveal the club’s 2026 alternate kit on March 11.
The Citadel: The embossed pattern represents Halifax’s historic fortification—a symbol of resilience that overlooks the club's home at Wanderers Grounds.
The Sea Can: A reminder of the resourcefulness of Atlantic Canadians. Today's Wanderers Grounds was built from the ground up, crate by crate, using repurposed shipping containers.
