The Halifax Wanderers will face Forge FC in the preliminary round of the 2026 TELUS Canadian Championship.
Canada Soccer conducted the official draw on Saturday at the OneSoccer studio ahead of the Canadian Men's National Team's international friendly against Guatemala.
Forge FC will host the single-match knockout tie, which will take place at Hamilton Stadium between May 5 and May 10. Exact date and time will be announced at a later date.
This is a rematch of the 2025 edition of Canada's national cup competition with Forge defeating Halifax 3-1 in Hamilton.
