All Pacific FC Youth programs contribute to support the local soccer community on Vancouver Island. We provide a pathway for youth players with the potential to become a homegrown player for Pacific Football Club, other professional clubs and those seeking post secondary opportunities.
About Pacific FC Youth Program
With a focus on developing world class players and people, the Pacific FC Youth Program provides a pathway for youth players with the potential to become a homegrown player for Pacific Football Club, other professional clubs and those seeking post secondary opportunities.
Pacific FC Youth teams compete in the BC Soccer Premier League (BCSPL). BCSPL is the highest level of youth soccer in BC. The Pacific FC Youth teams features five age groups: U14-U18 for both boys and girls. For more information on BCSPL, click here.
The program has already produced the Club's first Homegrown player, and has signed 7 players from Pacific FC Youth to play for Pacific FC while providing university scholarships to over 70 alumni.
As the development of the Pacific FC Youth program continues, its players continue to work hard to proudly represent Pacific Football Club on and off the pitch.
All Pacific FC Youth players receive a season pass to Pacific FC regular season home games.

Selection & Assessments
Pacific FC Talent ID Pathway aims to identify players who demonstrate exceptional skills and have the potential to contribute the Pacific FC Youth program. Our technical leads work with the local club's technical directors throughout the Island.
The Pacific FC Youth program holds open assessments. Players are identified and invited through our scouting network.

Style of Play
We play exciting, attacking, possession-based football.
Our players are encouraged to express themselves with creativity and confidence, supported by training sessions that focus on technique, speed, and decision-making in a competitive learning environment.
Without the ball, we are aggressive and proactive. We press with intensity, defend with purpose, and aim to dictate the rhythm of the game at all times. Our identity is built on controlling the match both in and out of possession.
